Accessible, inviting, inspiring—these are the qualities Gayle Dickerson
believes are most important in an art gallery.

It has been Dickerson’s dream to open a gallery for many years and draw upon her training, experience and love for all manner of art. The Southeast Michigan native holds a bachelor’s degree in art from the University of Michigan, and a MBA  from Wayne State University. She currently holds the position of secretary in the Three Cities Art Club in Westland Michigan.

Dickerson Art Gallery will be a place people of all ages and interests can appreciate and feel comfortable. No stuffy art gallery for Dickerson. She wants those who visit to be at ease, experience art to its fullest, engage in stimulating educational opportunities, and find great treasures.

While accessibility is key - make no mistake -  the artists featured at Dickerson Art Gallery are among the most sophisticated in their media. Together they have earned dozens of awards and have been featured in exhibitions in New York, Chicago, Detroit and Toledo, among others in the U.S., and abroad in Germany, Korea, the Netherlands, Hungary and Israel.

Dickersonartgallery.com provides a taste of what is in store. From Ted Ramsay’s colorful figure paintings to Vic Leo’s ArtPrize glass creations, and Mireille Ripley’s vibrant French scenes to Idelle Hammond-Sass’ nature-inspired jewelry, the gallery features a unique collection in a variety of media.
